A Two-Day AuctionLytham, St Annes, Lancashire has witnessed an auction of antiques, fine art, silver, jewelry and other quality collectibles. This sale will last for two days. The prices of the auction are very reasonable.

The second part of the event is due to be held today, 20th August 2010, during which three exciting lots emphasizes the variety of pieces up for sale.

The second lot is a special piece of collectible art entitled "Dancers"; a sculptured bronze figure on a marble plinth created by Maurice Blik. The figures depicted are two dancers with the male figure suspended in the air, balancing on the skirt of the female dancer. Blik is considered to be one of the leading sculptors of late and he is an important member of bell and ross of British Sculptors.

Blik's masterpiece is anticipated to sell at a price of ￡2,700 to 3,250, though due to the high popularity of his work, this target could be superseded.

Third up is a collector's timepiece. The sale is also offering to the floor of bidders a late Victorian mahogany quarter-chiming long case bell ross replica. The face of the Victorian clock features an arched-shape dial with scroll and floral engravings. It also boasts silvered gilt numerals, a chapter dial, applied gilt spandrels and hands made from steel. This collectable item has a pre-sale estimate of ￡8,000 to ￡10,000.
